The Eagle I boys and their counselors had a prank war this week. It started when the kids were being noisy and wouldn’t go to sleep at night. So Huck (one of the counselors) decided to null a prank on the kids. When the boys were talking at night, the door (which always creaks open) creaked open and slammed shut. Unknown to the campers, it was Huck all along. Anyway, Derrick (the other counselor) went to check on the door. When he got outside, Huck told him to join him in the prank, Derrick never came back inside. Huck ran inside and screaming Steve is missing!” then he ran outside again because he heard a knocking. A few minutes later Phil ran through with a mask on. A few nights later, Cris, the head counselor of Regis camp came into our bunk at about 10:00 pm. She got our sleeping bags, and we all went up to the playhouse to sleep. When our counselors came back at 11:45 pm, they found empty beds. They ran around trying to find us, and Cris told them where we were. They came and got us, and took us back to the cabin. When we got back, we all fell fast asleep.
